Overview
SMB AI Engine sells prepaid AI chat credits. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or believe you were charged in error, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Technical issues that prevented you from using purchased credits
- Unused credits within 14 days of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
- Credits that have already been used (messages already sent)
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@smbaiengine.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address used for the purchase and the Stripe receipt or charge ID.
- Describe the reason for the refund request.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
