By using SMB AI Engine ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

SMB AI Engine is an AI chat assistant for small and medium businesses. Users purchase prepaid credits and spend them on AI chat messages. Each credit allows one message to the AI assistant and one response. The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Account and Credits

• You must provide a valid email address to use the Service.
• New accounts receive 3 free AI messages.
• Additional credits are purchased through Stripe checkout at the prices listed on the Pricing page.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are handled at checkout.
• We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused credits, duplicate charges, or technical issues preventing access. See our Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

• You must comply with applicable laws when using the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses are suggestions and should not be treated as professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
